Filled pastry with Anchovy GIA

Ingredients for 4:

Puff pastry 1
Smoked scamorza 100 g
Sautéed Chicory 300 g
GIA Anchovy Paste 40 g.

Preparation

Cut the puff pastry into 10 cm diameter discs. Take a disc of pastry, add a slice of scamorza, a spoonful of chicory, and GIA Anchovy Paste to taste, place another disc of pastry on top and seal the edges well with a fork. Cook in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
