Fresh Panzanella with GIA Anchovy

Ingredients for 4:

Friselle 4
GIA Anchovy Paste 40 g
Colored cherry tomatoes 320 g
Fresh and dried oregano
Taggiasca olives 40 g
Stracciatella 120 g
Oil, salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and season with GIA Anchovy Paste, oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on the friselle and drizzle with tomato water. Place the stracciatella in the center and garnish with GIA Anchovy Paste.
