GIA Chilli Noodles

Ingredients for 4:

Spring onion 50 g
Peppers 50 g
Soybean sprouts 50 g
Zucchini 1
Carrot 1
GIA Chilli Puree to taste
Celery 50 g
Sesame seeds
Noodles 240 g.

Preparation

Cut the spring onion, peppers, and celery into slices, while the carrot and zucchini are grated in julienne mood. Put oil and GIA Chilli Puree to taste in a pan, add the vegetables and sauté over high heat for a few minutes, they should be a bit crunchy. Cook the noodles in salted water, drain them and sauté in a wok for a couple of minutes. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
