Ricotta pears and GIA Ginger

Ingredients for 4:

Syrup pears 4
Ricotta 400 g
Cinnamon 10 g
GIA Ginger in tube 20 g
Walnut kernels 30 g.

Preparation

Mix the ricotta with GIA Ginger, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts. Fill the syrup pears and garnish with ground cinnamon.
