Ingredients for 4:

GIA Vegetable Base for Soffritto 40 g
Roast beef 320 g
Mixed salad 60 g
Caper berries 30 g
Radishes 4
Mustard 80 g
Oil, salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation

Place a bed of mixed salad in the center of the plate, around the thinly sliced roast beef, and garnish with drops of mustard, sautéed sauce, caper berries, and radishes.
