Sweet potato gratin & GIA Onion

Ingredients for 4:

Sweet potatoes 400 g
GIA Onion Puree 40 g
Salt, pepper, oil to taste
Parmesan cheese 40 g
Fresh thyme 20 g
Mustard 50 g.

Preparation

Cut the sweet potatoes into very thin slices, mix them with GIA Onion Puree, salt, pepper, oil, fresh thyme, and Parmesan cheese. Butter 4 molds and place the potato mixture. Bake at 170° for 15 minutes. Remove from the molds and serve with drops of mustard.
